Sales Administrator needed in Nottingham
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week core hours between 7am - 4pm (some flexibility on start time)
Schedule: 5 days a week
Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our clients commercial team, supporting the sales administration, and day-to-day operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Accurately enter and record sales data in the NAVISION system.
Handle sales-related calls and emails, ensuring up-to-date communication with production and accounts teams.
Manage stock levels to maximize sales opportunities and minimize waste.
Coordinate with customers and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NAVISION experience is a plus).
