As a Broker Sales person you will proactively and professionally, manage and grow broker sales opportunities and profitability through excellent customer service.

What youll do day to day
Providing competitive quotations for Contract Hire and other vehicle funding products
Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed
Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners
Provide accurate up to date information and ensure customer records are maintained in line with Company and manufacturer standards
Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times
Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Head of Fleet
Understand vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for
Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by Head of Fleet
Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention
Helpful skills and qualifications

Sales experience preferably in the automotivesector
Experience of using multiple I.T systems
Experience if interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
Highly organised, great attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules.
