Pay Rate: £95.95 - £105.36
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Temporary/Permanent
Smart Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 4-16 with a wide range of special educational needs in a supportive school environment.
Ready to help students thrive in a supportive setting.
You will support students with:
* Visual Impairment (VI)
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
* Physical Disabilities (PD)
* Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
What You'll Do
* Deliver personalised support alongside teachers and multidisciplinary staff
* Help students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills

Requirements
* Prior SEN experience in an educational setting
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
