Vehicle Technician required - Main Dealer
1. Location: Solihull
2. Salary: Up to £34,000 basic + bonus (OTE up to £43,000)
3. Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with Saturday rota

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
15. Carrying out routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles
16. Working on mechanical systems including suspension, brakes, steering, and exhausts
17. Performing diagnostic checks and fault-finding using electronic diagnostic tools
18. Servicing and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles (training provided if required)
19. Fitting manufacturer-approved accessories and upgrades
20. Accurately completing job cards and service documentation
21. Delivering high standards of customer service and working collaboratively with workshop colleagues.
To be considered for this Vehicle Technician role, you should have:
22. A minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
23. A good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
24. A full UK driving licence
25. An MOT testing licence (desirable, not essential)
26. Hybrid or EV qualification (advantageous, not essential – full training provided)
27. A proactive attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
