Key Responsibilities
✔ Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare high-quality dishes
✔ Contribute to menu design and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table
✔ Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards
✔ Assist with stock control, inventory management, and ordering supplies
✔ Ensure kitchen stations are clean and equipment is well-maintained
✔ Support the smooth running of weddings and events, adapting to a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
