We are now seeking a proactive and well-organised Key Account Manager to join our Customer Success function. Job Summary
The Key Account Manager plays an important role in growing our estate value. Managing a high value client portfolio, you will build and develop strong partnerships that enable you to increase revenue across this portfolio.
Collaborative, driven and commercial, you will help design, and personally execute, strategic client growth plans to achieve your KPIs.
These KPIs will focus on successfully cross-selling new products and services, upselling to secure new business and improving terms on existing contracts.
Demonstrating credibility and integrity, you will need to engage and influence different client stakeholder groups.

* Consistently achieve monthly sales and service KPIs including revenue growth, acquisition and CSAT.
* Ensure delivery meets contractual SLAs and KPIs.
* Negotiate with clients to achieve the best contractual outcomes for Intelli-Park; challenge existing client contracts and identify areas of opportunity and risk.
* Maintain resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

* Be proactive in interrogating our reporting tools and systems so that you understand and exploit the resources available to improve site and portfolio performance.
* Take responsibility for manging risks within your portfolio by identifying, flagging and resolving any issues, complaints or competitor threats.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Astute commercial professional with proven experience as a Key Account Manager (minimum 2 years)
* Demonstrable experience of driving revenue growth through a portfolio.
* Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver a compelling sales message and influence clients and colleagues.
* Proven track-record in achieving challenging commercial KPIs.
* Proven track-record in acquisition from existing customer/client bases.
* Experience in working with different variation of contract types including MSAs, frameworks and bespoke contracts.
* Preferably educated to A-Level or higher; having a qualification in business studies or analytics would be advantageous.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong working knowledge of account management principles and motivated to transferring this knowledge to others.
* A proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Confident in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
* Effective time-management and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence.

Location & Hours:
This role is to be based near one of Intelli-Park’s Offices, with client visits expected. Ideally this role will be based in Kettering but we can also consider Sheffield.
We operate a hybrid, flexible working policy with opportunities to work from home.
Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, though flexibility may be required to meet business and client needs.
