Overview
Applications are invited for a Band 5 radiographer post at Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin. The post is located on the south coast of the Moray Firth, within an area of outstanding natural beauty and 40 miles from Inverness and 70 miles from Aberdeen.
Responsibilities
* Provide general radiography services, including 24‑hour A&E cover, CT, dental, fluorescent, DEXA and ultrasound imaging.
* Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver imaging for GP’s, orthopaedics, medical, general surgery, paediatrics, neonates, A&E, obstetrics & gynaecology, orthodontics, theatres and community sites.
* Participate in quality assurance, clinical audit programmes and the out‑of‑hours imaging service.
* Support professional development and CPD opportunities for the department.
Qualifications
* Newly qualified or final‑year diagnostic radiography graduates or students.
* Commitment to maintain professional standards and ongoing learning.
