Lazy Jacks Sandbanks is looking for an exceptional Head Chef to take ownership of our kitchen, elevate our food offering, and inspire a talented team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment overlooking the harbour.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
* Design and deliver seasonal, creative menus aligned with our brand
* Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Manage GP, food cost control, and supplier relationships
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Drive innovation while maintaining operational efficiency
* Work closely with senior management on business growth and strategy
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident chef who thrives under pressure and leads from the front.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness and cost control expertise
* A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A calm, solutions-focused approach in a busy service
Experience in premium casual dining or coastal venues is desirable.
