Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Midlands
Salary: £25k - £40k (dependent upon experience)
We’re looking for a driven and talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a construction company in the Midlands. The company is growing and has a proven track record of delivering projects to an exceptional standard. As a Trainee/Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll join a team that believe in supporting, developing and progressing key talent.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assist in the successful financial delivery of projects
* Assist with preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations
* Helping to manage relationships with clients, suppliers and the on-site team
* Helping to monitor project costs and financial performance
* Working closely with Quantity Surveyors to enhance the success of projects
What you’ll bring:
* Relevant experience in quantity surveying within construction
* A qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (ideal but not essential)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
