Support Worker’s are an essential front line role in Co-ordinating the delivery of support for people in line with their Individual Support Plan. You will key-work, negotiate and review goals for the people you are supporting, overseeing all aspects of service and support delivery for them. This role is about driving engagement, and encouraging achievement of the highest possible outcomes for individual’s lives. You will play a pivotal part in the people you are supporting’s journey, helping them take a step towards independent living and a life after Llamau. Some of the people that we are fortunate enough to work with, have complex support needs, so there will be times when you need to be resilient, able to think on your feet and be comfortable lone working.
