Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Product Manager at Squad AI. In this role, you will lead product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, prioritizing product features, and ensuring successful product development and launch. The Product Manager will also work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align product goals with organizational objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Product Management, Strategic Roadmapping, and Goal Setting.
* Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and User-Centered Design.
* Experience in Stakeholder Collaboration, Team Communication, and Project Planning.
* An understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and metrics-driven strategy.
* Analytical problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to drive innovative product solutions.
* 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in tech or SaaS.
* Familiarity with the needs of startups, indie developers, and product teams is a plus.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
