Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy spanning digital, social media and live events
* Enhance the consistency and quality of all brand communications and visuals
* Create engaging content for campaigns, social posts and customer stories
* Organise and deliver trade shows, demonstrations and promotional events
* Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing supports business growth targets
* Drive successful product launches and regional expansion projects
* Monitor performance data to refine campaigns and boost engagement and lead generation
Requirements
* Proven marketing experience (preferably B2B within the industrial sector)
* Strong creative skills - confident producing digital, photo/video and social content
* A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to set marketing direction
* Strategic thinking combined with commercial understanding
* Enjoys a hands-on, collaborative, office-based environment
* Open to learning the technical aspects of the industry if new to the sector
