About the Role

In this dynamic position, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll be exploring different areas such as:
* Sports & Activities
* Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
* Bars & Shops
* Fairground
* Buffets
And if you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
* FA Level 1 Football
* Archery GB ERCA
* High Ropes
* NCPLH Personal License
About You
We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we’re more interested in your attitude and passion for making a difference for our guests!

No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy the variety of working alongside different team members and guests. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in guest-facing areas, setting you up for a rewarding career with Butlin’s.
Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over for this role. Plus, live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area!
