As Audit Manager at Dains Accountants, you will be joining a highly respected audit team, who pride themselves on delivering high quality outcomes, with a friendly and consultative approach. You will be working across a multiple sectors and forming trusted relationships with owner managed businesses, and work in collaboration across the wider Dains firm.

Key Responsibilities
* You will manage your own portfolio of clients and build trusting and respectful working relationships.
* You will carry out planning, executing and finalising audit assignments.
* Assist with the development of systems and procedures.
* You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met at all times.
* You will be instrumental in team leadership, line management and career development.
* You will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
* Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
* Be instrumental in the review process of audit files and completion is in line with best auditing practice.
* Providing advice to clients where action and improvements is required, in a constructive and professional manner.
* Working closely with directors and partners of the audit team in a collaborative and supporting manner.
Qualifications and Experience
* You will have obtained ACA/ACCA professional qualifications.
* You will be able to build strong client relationship management experience
* Have confidence and tenacity to develop team members
* Good time management skills and able to deliver quality results
* You must be willing and conscientious to deliver high quality results
