We are working with a highly regarded, close-knit secondary school in the Portsmouth area. With over 800 students and a strong reputation for supportive leadership, the school is now looking to appoint a dedicated Science teacher starting September 2025.
The Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will:
* Join a passionate and well-resourced Science department in Portsmouth.
* Teach Key Stages 3 and 4 across a range of science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
* Deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
* Work full-time in a long-term role with potential for permanency.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* A qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification (ECTs welcome).
* Confident in delivering Science across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
* Enthusiastic about fostering a love for science and discovery in students.
* Adaptable, approachable, and committed to high standards of teaching.
* A collaborative team player who will support the department and wider school community in Portsmouth.
