Administrator/ Stock Controller- Portadown- URGENT Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a local Manufacturing Company based in Portadown. Our client is a small and reputable organisation that is keen to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Offering an immediate start, the successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to work in a busy office environment, assisting with a variety of duties, as well as greeting customers. This is a full-time role offering an excellent salary, and a permanent position is on offer dependent on performance within the first few weeks. The successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties: Manage stock control via email and online platforms. Raise purchase order numbers and ensure all deliveries are goods-received (GR'd) in the relevant systems. Maintain full stock traceability, including batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, product condition on receipt, and printing certificates of conformance Creating job folders, printing labels and dispatching deliveries Cash allocation and banking Purchase and sales ledger invoice processing Assisting with general administrative duties to include filing, answering the phone and assisting with customers Benefits Immediate start Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm £15.50-£16 per hour and paid weekly while working on a temporary basis Permanent position will be offered depending on performance on a starting salary of £32,000 per annum Casual dress code Onsite parking Working within a busy and thriving team environment for a company that offers staff longevity.
