Job Title: Senior Channel Account Manager – New Business Focus


Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Bracknell office


Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 base (DOE) + uncapped commission


On-Target Earnings: £80,000 – £100,000+


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Role Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and win new business through strategic outreach and engagement.
* Onboard, manage, and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise channel accounts.
* Lead consultative client meetings to identify needs and propose tailored solutions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and service delivery teams.
* Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
* Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and channel development initiatives.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline.


Key Attributes Required

* Channel Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales (vendor, distributor, or reseller).
* Enterprise Sales Track Record: Proven success managing £1M+ targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
* C-Level Engagement: Ability to engage with and influence director/C-suite stakeholders.
* Solution-Led Approach: Consultative, commercially astute, and customer-focused mindset.
* High Drive & Adaptability: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
