The Geozone FP&A Controller role supports the leadership team in day-to-day business management, providing analysis and support for decision-making in operational, financial, and strategic matters.

Role & Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
* Prioritize safety and service quality in all activities.
* Ensure all activities comply with company policies, laws, regulations, and standards, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Process Excellence
* Partner with the Geozone Controller and leadership team for financial support.
* Review and consolidate routine financial and ad hoc reports.
* Prepare monthly corporate finance review presentations.
* Coordinate and direct Geozones in budget, forecast, reporting, and variance requirements, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
* Implement new finance processes, strategic plans, and projects for Geozone Operations.
* Provide feedback from Geozones to Corporate.
* Create financial models/reports to monitor KPIs and project performance.
* Monitor daily business operations and alert leadership to potential risks or issues.
* Review underperforming product lines and regions.
* Act as liaison between Corporate/Leadership and Geozones finance teams.
* Assist with finance team development and training.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
* Perform ad hoc analysis and root cause investigations as needed.

Skills & Knowledge
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills at strategic and operational levels.
* Technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
* High integrity, work ethic, and intellectual curiosity.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a team-oriented mindset.
* Experience with ERP systems, especially JD Edwards; HFM experience is a plus.
* Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines across multiple projects.
* Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
Education & Experience
* BA or BS in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience.
