Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues • Relevant childcare qualification, such as an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education • Experience working in a nursery setting • Passion for providing high‑quality care and education, combined with a flexible and adaptable approach
