Your Role
* Lead revenue‑based procurement activity across a diverse portfolio including technology, ticketing, highways, clean energy, facilities management, and corporate services.
* Develop and manage a high‑performance procurement team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Deliver major procurement projects that have a visible impact across the city region.
* Maintain best practice, value for money and commercial robustness in all contracting work.
What You'll Bring
* Significant experience in procurement, ideally in a public sector environment.
* Strong track record managing low and high‑value contracts across categories such as technology, facilities or green energy.
* Strategic insight, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to navigate complexity, make risk‑based decisions and deliver measurable savings.
Working at TfGM
This is a hybrid full‑time role with at least two days a week in the office. You will join a supportive procurement team within TfGM’s commercial services.

Salary: £70,906‑£79,805 per annum (depending on skills and experience). Permanent role. Flexible working options are available.
