Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive workplace while supporting the team in achieving organizational goals.

Duties

* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
* Manage scheduling, including calendar management for executives and team members.
* Supervise administrative staff and provide training & development opportunities.
* Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
* Coordinate event planning for company meetings, training sessions, and employee events.
* Maintain accurate bookkeeping and payroll records using QuickBooks.
* Implement budgeting strategies to optimize office expenses.
* Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
* Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and customer service inquiries.
* Organize filing systems to maintain efficient record keeping.
* Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration.

Skills

* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software applications.
* Experience in supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
* Knowledge of medical office management is a plus.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
* Familiarity with payroll processes, budgeting, and bookkeeping practices.
