We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Accounting manager to work within the Operational Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of a diverse property portfolio, specifically in relation to ensuring the accurate and efficient management of client accounts, financial transactions, and reporting. Your role will involve working closely with property managers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity, provide excellent customer service, and support the overall financial health of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property accounting principles, experience in property management due diligence, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reporting

To undertake all core estates accounting tasks as requested for a core set of clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on account status, addressing queries, and delivering exceptional customer service
To assist other Accountants with all aspects of estates’ accounting and services.
To ensure ongoing compliance with client, legal and RICS standards and obligations.
Work with senior management and property managers to develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
Liaise with property managers to ensure accurate and timely collection of rent, service charges, and other income.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and legislation.
Provide advice senior management team on all aspects of property management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers.
Provide cover and management for all daily client accounting activities.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in property accounting, with a focus on onboarding new properties.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
Part qualified or Professional accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACA or ACCA are preferred.
