The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Aftersales Advisor should have:
* Previous experience with dealing with complex queries and complaints.
* Confident communication and active listening skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Comfortable in using CRM systems.
* Positive empathetic attitude.
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
