Role Overview
FMS Fire and Security Ltd. are seeking highly motivated and skilled Service/Installation Engineers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact on system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect, maintain, and install a wide range of fire and security systems
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively
* Manage your workload independently, ensuring all tasks are completed on timeDeliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients
* Provide expert advice and technical support to customers
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out and systems serviced
Additional Duties
* Participate in the standby and call-out rota
* Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests and emergencies
Skills And Experience Required
* Proven experience in fire and/or security system servicing
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence
