Job Summary
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, support with food and drink, follow care plans, and offer one‑to‑one time. Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living activities, including feeding, dressing and bathing.
* Follow care plans and assist with medication administration.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
* Promote a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all residents.
Qualifications
* Experience caring for older people.
