Residential Support Worker - Children's Residential Home (EBD) Location: Bramley Salary: £14 per hour £50 per sleep Contract: Full-time, permanent Home: 3-bedded children's residential home (EBD) Shift Pattern: 1 on / 2 off Howard Finley Care is delighted to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker for a 3-bedded children's residential home in Bramley, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and well-structured service that is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive. Key Duties: Provide high-quality, child-centred care to young people with EBD, promoting positive outcomes and emotional wellbeing. Support young people with daily routines, education, activities, and emotional regulation. Work as part of a consistent staff team to maintain a safe, structured, and stable environment. Follow safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and care plans in line with company policies and Ofsted standards. Build positive, professional relationships with young people, colleagues, and external professionals.
