The Role…
We are looking for a variety of individuals to join our team on a part-time basis. These individuals should have a keen interest in child development, care and sport. All technical training will be provided by N G Active, so previous qualifications are not essential. We are looking for individuals who possess charisma, are articulate, well-presented and have a beaming smile. You should also be passionate about delivery exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for delivering a variety of activities for children attending our after-school care provision, ensuring they are safe and caring environment.
The hours of work will be between 7:30am to 8:45am and 3:00pm to 6:00pm/6:30pm, Monday-Friday. Please note that we may have additional hours available for suitable candidates, including weekend sessions, nursery sessions and school sports sessions. Next Gengeration Active also offers staff the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Community Activator Coach, L3 Early Years Practitioner or Level 4 Sports Coach Qualification if employed within a full-time role. Please state within your cover letter if you are looking to undertake a qualification within employment.
Daily Tasks Include…
· Delivering fun, engaging and energetic activities and sessions to children aged from 4 months to 11 years.
· Monitoring and carrying out marketing activities to increase attendance at after-school activity clubs.
· Providing feedback to children, parents and teachers on activities during the sessions.
· Embodying the Next Generation values everyday.
Essential Requirements
· Conscientious and unbeatable standards of delivery.
· Charismatic, smiley and fantastic interpersonal skills.
· A passion for child development and sport.
Desired Requirements
· DBS Check.
· Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
· Level 2 Food & Hygiene Certificate.
· Lives within Crawley, East Grinstead or Surrounding areas.
