At times, you will also work in the school's Behaviour Room, supporting students who require additional help to regulate, refocus, and reintegrate into lessons. This is a key part of the school's pastoral provision and is ideal for someone patient, calm, and confident working with challenging behaviours when needed. Your role will involve a mix of in-class support, 1:1 sessions, small-group work, and behaviour-based support.
