The role of Business Improvement Analyst will include:
1. Development and coordination of a range of process and service improvement projects, including analysing existing arrangements, undertaking research and recommending changes
2. Supporting the successful delivery of complex projects involving co-ordination, communication and building relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the required improvements
3. Analysis and evaluation of processes/services
4. Presenting information and recommendations to support decision making
5. Operating within appropriate financial policies and procedures to support the effective financial delivery of projects
6. Ensuring all programmes and projects are delivered in line with legislative and regulatory requirements to achieve full compliance and consistent delivery
Skills and experiences:
7. Proven experience of undertaking a similar role
8. Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and current practice
9. Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
10. Experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
11. Good communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities
12. Good analytical, writing, and reporting skills
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Project)

26. £37,414 per annum (rising to £39,383 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
