Cross Channel Manager - Performance Marketing
* 6 month contract
* Hybrid
* £250/day
In this role you’ll play an important role in helping drive performance marketing growth across the Direct to Consumer (D2C) business where you will support the development and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple markets, helping deliver strong commercial results through data-led marketing strategies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in cross-channel performance marketing within a fast-paced, international business. You’ll work closely with European teams, local markets and agency partners to support campaign planning, share best practices and identify opportunities to improve performance across channels including Search, Performance Max and Paid Social.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital media.
* Experience across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic or Affiliates.
* Good understanding of Google Ads, Paid Social platforms and digital performance metrics.
* Interest in ecommerce, digital trends and customer acquisition strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
* Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
