You'll be hell bent on digging into the detail to create daily, weekly and monthly reports to help us understand our data and plan ahead in line with trends. Bringing your exceptional Excel skills and IT savvy to the table, you'll handle data, educate our teams on what it all means and audit our business performance with regular audits and suggestions for slicker processes. You'll help control the purse strings, getting involved in BACS runs, payments and system configurations to ensure the money comes in and goes out on time. You're a stickler for detail and uber organised, so you'll love the buzz of juggling plenty of different tasks to keep your day interesting. Methodical, deadline-driven and with an attitude that says, 'Let's make this better', you'll bring your own brand of enthusiasm to our team to paint a picture of what's happening within our business. THE ROLE Produce key daily, weekly, monthly reports (membership movement – joiners, leavers, arrears collection, BACS summaries) Daily, weekly, monthly data extracts for strategy planning and marketing, plus adhoc requirements Daily support and training of leisure Sales Teams and Club Managers Prepare and issue control templates to track and review business performance, including audit processes Develop and publish adhoc reports/analysis as required by the business Support the monthly BACS process commission payment audit Assist with monthly & adhoc system configuration requirements Contribute to the annual price increase planning and implementation as required Support the H&F Control & Reporting Manager and Member Service team leaders THE PERKS Work, Grow, Play!
