Banking & Finance Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Manchester
A large, internationally recognised UK law firm with a strong sector-led model is looking for a 5+ PQE banking and finance solicitor to join its Manchester office. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, its investment in technology and process, and its broad finance practice, not just one niche.
The Work
The practice covers a mix of both corporate leveraged finance as well as real estate finance:
* Corporate lending and acquisition finance
* Real estate finance (investment and development)
* Project finance and infrastructure
* Asset-based lending and receivables finance
* Leveraged and syndicated lending
* Sustainable and ESG-linked finance
You will act for a wide range of funders and borrowers: clearing banks, investment banks, independent financiers, investment funds, listed companies and growing businesses. Transactions will range from bilateral mid-market deals to complex syndicated facilities.

* 5+ PQE in banking and finance, with solid experience across at least two of the core areas listed above
