Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Sutton Coldfield
Basic Salary to c£40-45k DOE + Bonus, Pension & Flexible Benefits
Our client is a leading Commercial Insurance Broker with over 30 years of experience. They are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to assist with the day-to-day management of the Commercial Book of Business.

Key responsibilities:
1. Working with the Account Directors on the daily administration of accounts, acting as the point of contact for routine enquiries, and issuing documentation (including invoices, summaries, certificates, etc.).
2. Assisting in presenting risks to underwriters and negotiating terms.
3. Liaising with insurers and clients.
4. Utilising online quote facilities (training provided).
5. Managing a portfolio of smaller commercial clients, handling all aspects of the annual insurance cycle, including renewals.
6. Cross-selling other insurance products.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in the Insurance Industry, particularly in commercial insurance.
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
* Ability to organise workflow and prioritise tasks with minimal supervision.
* Strong report and letter writing skills using Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Previous experience with Acturis is desirable.
