Your new company You will be working within the financial operations team ensuring efficient management of transactional finance processes. Your new role Process or release CHAPS payments, foreign payments and BACS payments Assist with ensuring all incoming funds are properly identified and allocated to correct ledger Prepare cheques, ensuring requests for funds are appropriately authorised. Assist with processing bills, ensuring time recorded and expenses are correctly allocated and VAT calculated correctly. Carry our daily transaction processing and support other team members as necessary to ensure there are no backlogs and processing is reliable. Process supplier invoices ensuring correct nominal coding Reconcile supplier invoices with statements and resolve any queries arising Process and pay staff expenses claims Input petty cash payments What you'll need to succeed You must have full right-to-work in the UK, with prior experience working within a UK Finance Team.
