Responsibilities
* Valuations
* Preparing brochures
* Attending viewings
* Processing applications
* Preparing tenancy agreements
* Preparing inventories
* Creating move in packs
* Updating systems and utility companies
* Attending property inspections
* Attending move out appointments
* Dealing with bonds and bond disputes
* Issuing notices
* Dealing with property maintenance
Qualifications and Experience
* You must have experience working in the rental lettings market
* You must have your own car and a clean driving licence
