We are seeking an experienced Risk Professional to join our Non-Financial Risk team at Ford Credit, the financial services arm of the business. The successful candidate will support the Non-Financial Risk Manager in delivering assurance over the Bank's non-financial risks including Compliance, Conduct, Operational Risk & Resilience. The role will involve developing assurance insights to share at an Executive level, that will help enhance and evolve the Bank's risk management capability, helping contribute to its growth.

1. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a second line non-financial risk assurance role within a financial services environment - with exposure to the multiple risk types including conduct, supplier and operational risk.
2. Proven experience in managing risk within an FCA or PRA regulatory environment.
3. Demonstrated experience with risk assessment methodologies, including RCSA, Risk Maps, Thematic Reviews and Opinion Papers.
4. Hands on experience in managing technology, cloud, supplier and conduct risks.
5. Significant expertise in implementing three lines of defence frameworks.
