Our Turning Point Scotland Services in Perth & Kinross Housing and Support are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team. Perth Housing Support Service provides support to adults with varying needs within their own homes. The service aims to enable individuals to develop the skills required in order to independently maintain and sustain their tenancies. Covering the whole of Perth-shire the service uses an outcomes focused approach working with individuals for approximately 6-9 months to achieve mutually agreed outcomes and ultimately preventing homelessness. The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members. No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided to you. We believe having the right values of respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity is all you need to join our team!
