Vehicle Technician required in Hayle
1. Volume Main Dealer
2. Up to £32,000 basic salary Depending on experience
3. £40,000 OTE uncapped
4. Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

To be considered for this Vehicle Technician role, you will need:
11. Qualified Level 3 or above in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
12. Diagnostic certificate very desirable obtained with a brand
13. Strong skills with diagnostics and fault finding in passenger vehicles
14. Confident in all jobs from servicing to diagnostics, to enable you to advise both technicians, service advisors and customers
15. A Full UK Driving License
16. Experience of working in a fast paced environment
17. Able to make on the spot decisions, with the customers and company at best interests in mind
18. Advantageous but not essential to have an MOT licence
Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
19. Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as routine service and repairs.
20. Ensure quality workmanship and a first time fix to keep our customers happy.
21. Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and spot opportunities to upsell.
22. Liaise with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
23. Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
