About The Role As a GRAHAM Electrical Apprentice you will be expected to assist in the delivery of a best in class service of electrical services to our clients. Your primary role will be working within your competency level while you learn both at college and through the experience you gain within the workplace. You will be supported in this role by Mentors on jobs and in the GRAHAM Academy to ensure you are maximising on your learning, for the benefit of your future career at GRAHAM. On completion of the programme candidates will have successfully achieved a Level 3 Electrical apprenticeship. Location: Mobile NI / Lisburn Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Candidates must be flexible with travel and work to the hours required by the site they are placed on. Whilst on site candidates must be accepting of the expected standards. Skills Through on the job training, mentoring and attendance to a local college, the candidate will develop knowledge skills in the following: oHealth & Safety oIET Wiring Regulations oElectricity at Work Regulations oBuilding Regulations oUnderstanding installation drawings & schematic diagrams oInstallation of cable containment & wiring systems oLV Power Distribution oFinal circuit wiring oFire, Security & Data installations oInstallation of wiring accessories, fixtures & fittings oInspection & Testing oFault Finding oSafe Isolation oDocument control oKnowledge of HV/MV installations oPlanning, programming & coordination of services About You Technical Competencies GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above (or equivalent) Colour Vision Clean full or provisional driving license Desirable Criteria GCSE Science subject Grade C and above (or Equivalent) Please note that Applicants will not be expected to meet any (or all) of the desirable criteria to be considered for interview.
