Home: Oakwood, 4 bedded children’s home - Part of Hexagon Care Services
Salary: £45,750 - £52,750 (Effective from 1st April 2025)
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays – over 7 weeks a year
Bonus: On target earnings of £3,000 bonus per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Welcome Bonus: £5,000*

Oakwood is an Ofsted rated GOOD children’s home in Kirkham, Preston. Easily accessible from the Fylde Coast; Oakwood supports up to 4 young people with SEMH, on a medium to long term basis.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible. You will have the vision and leadership to take this home forward with the backing and support from your service manager, in addition to a supportive head-office team covering referrals, finance, HR, maintenance, IT and recruitment which is all done in-house.
1. Annual leave of 28 days PLUS bank holidays, equivalent of over 7 weeks off a year
