Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll provide essential customer service support and help drive sales growth of a technically challenging product range by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and converting inbound enquiries into successful orders.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Handling all aspects of customer service, including order processing, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
2. Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
3. Evaluating customers’ needs and building productive, long-lasting relationships
4. Ensuring all sales activity is updated in the CRM system (
5. Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
6. Investigating and resolving customer complaints, and developing effective solutions
7. Providing training and technical support to end-user clients as required
8. Making occasional customer visits
Requirements:
9. Previous experience in internal sales or customer service
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
12. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
13. Effective presentation, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
14. Knowledge of fabrics/textiles and chemicals is an advantage
