Role: Forklift Driver (FLT)
Location: Colnbrook
Hours: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights: 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 (including shift allowance) + X-ray allowance once trained
We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver (FLT) on behalf of our client, a global leader in logistics and freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:
o Preparing shipments for exports (loading and building export ULDs)
o Breaking down and checking in import shipments (loose freight and ULDs)
o Carrying out regular quality checks (including freight on hand)
o Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
o Performing daily temperature monitoring and adhering to quality and health & safety procedures
o Completing general warehouse duties including lifting, moving, and sorting goods
o Handling shipments within a customs bonded, high-security regulated facility
Requirements:
o Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
o Minimum 1 year’s Counterbalance Forklift driving experience
o At least 1 year of warehouse experience
o Aviation Security Level CO (essential)
o X-ray screening experience (desirable – training provided)
o A fully verifiable 5-year employment history
o Good understanding of import and export warehouse procedures
