Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Executive to join our growing motor team. This is an opportunity to join a market leading team in an award winning, international law firm handling your own mixed caseload of fast track and small claims litigated cases, with the opportunity to supervise junior members of the team. The team has a strong presence in the defendant personal injury and motor claims sector.

Team

The teamhandle a broad range of work, including personal injury, credit hire, and complex liability motor claims. Our clients include major insurers, self-insureds, TPAs and commercial organisations.

Required experience

1. Previous experience managing your own caseload of litigated fast track personal injury claims and small claims, preferably arising from road traffic accidents
2. 2 to 5 years' experience or above
3. Familiarity with court procedures and CPR
4. Solid knowledge of the MOJ and OIC processes
5. Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members
6. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
7. Excellent communication and client care skills
8. Good IT skills and experience with case management systems
