Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Carnforth (Office-Based)
As a Sales Administrator, you will be pivotal in supporting the sales function. Your responsibilities will include processing orders accurately, maintaining close communication with the warehouse regarding order status and delivery, and managing ongoing CRM administration. You will provide essential administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and redirect phone calls as needed.
Prepare sales quotations for the sales team.
Send price inquiries to suppliers for bespoke products.
Input sales orders into the ERP system.
Manage incoming sales orders by phone when necessary.
Process customer orders and place orders with suppliers.
Track deliveries and update order records.
Support credit control and conduct customer credit checks.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Liaise with the sales department regarding order progress and delays.
Communicate relevant pricing and stocking issues to the sales team promptly.
Monitor customer delivery dates and act accordingly with team members.
Report KPIs on monthly timesheets.
