Job Description
* Manage credit control processes and ensure timely collections
* Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions, including collections and customer accounts
* Analyse customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
* Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile account discrepancies
* Implement effective recovery strategies for delinquent accounts
* Ensure compliance with credit control procedures and policies
* Prepare periodic reports on credit control activity
* Assist in the improvement of credit control processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
* Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and principles
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
