From operating machinery to ensuring safe handling of materials, no two days will be the same. This is a full-time permanent position, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (average 42 hours per week).Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting management with the safe, efficient operation of the site
* Operating mobile plant and equipment safely and effectively.
* Handling incoming raw materials and supporting weighbridge processes.
* Ensuring high standards of site cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance.
* Supporting traffic management and helping with paperwork as required.
* Playing an active role in meeting environmental and production standards.
Job Requirements
* Experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or FMCG setting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidence handling raw materials (some heavy lifting required).
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality & safety standards (HACCP).
* Basic IT skills and willingness to complete relevant training.
* A forklift truck licence (advantageous, but not essential).
* Reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow with us.
