Interim SEAtS Implementation Lead - Higher Education
Location: London (Remote with occasional on-site presence)
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days per week)

Overview:
We're supporting a London-based university in their search for an experienced consultant to lead the final phase of their SEAtS platform rollout. This is a strategic and operational role focused on embedding attendance and engagement monitoring across the institution, improving data maturity, and supporting staff through change.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete the rollout of SEAtS across the university
Design and implement new operational practices for attendance, engagement, and enrolment monitoring
Deliver training and support to staff on SEAtS usage
Develop institutional maturity in the use of management information, data, and insight
Implement governance structures to oversee attendance and engagement, including risk management and continuous improvement
Main Duties:
Review and refine attendance monitoring policies and procedures
Evaluate current SEAtS implementation and identify areas for optimisation
Embed SEAtS usage across departments, ensuring consistency and compliance
Review and enhance training and support materials for staff
Assess and update the university's student engagement risk register
Person Specification:
Proven experience managing student attendance and engagement in HE
Strong track record of leading SEAtS and other student system implementations
Skilled in developing and delivering training and support resources
High level of data literacy and experience using data for strategic decision-making
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects at pace
Organised, proactive, and able to balance operational detail with strategic oversight
