* Starting Rate of £765 per week / £39,780 per year (calculation based on £12.50 per hour, 30% shift allowance and weekly bonus - based on 44 hours p/week)
* Basic Rates of pay can increase with skills and competencies
* Additional pay for Sunday & Friday nights
* Annual bonus of up to £1,000 paid out twice per year
* £500 joining bonus payable after successful probation
Shift details: 44 hours per week, 4 nights (Any 4 nights Sunday - Friday, 6pm - 6am)
Contract options we will consider:
* Full Time - Permanent
* Part Time - Permanent
* Part Time - Temporary
Induction Week: Your first week will be on days Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm approx.
Our production operative roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team. You could be allocated to work in various factories across our state-of-the-art Production facility.
What you'll be doing:
* Manual handling tasks
* Forklift duties
* Machine plant cleaning
* General operative tasks
* Cover various production roles as needed

About The Role

All roles will include the following key responsibilities:
• Understand production plan.
• Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.
• Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.
• Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
• Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

Desired Criteria
* 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A – C.
* Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting
* Working experience of Machinery / Manufacturing Industry
* Working experience in Production / Industrial setting
* Experience of Use of Machinery Controls
* Forklift Experience
* Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.
* Full and clean driving licence
Required Criteria
* Interest in working within a manufacturing / Production environment
* Self-motivated.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Great communication skills.
* Good interpersonal Skills.
* Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress.
