Our client is a sophisticated, beautifully designed restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, known for its glamorous setting and exceptional dining experience. Following a recent refurbishment, theyre looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade and support in leading the team.

Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
Assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchens day-to-day operations
Catering for up to 50 covers at lunch, 220 for dinner and 60 in the private dining room
Leading, motivating and inspiring the brigade to consistently deliver exceptional standards
Contributing creative input to menus and ensuring dishes are executed to perfection
Maintaining the highest levels of organisation, hygiene and compliance in the kitchen
Youll be a great fit if you:
Have proven experience as a Sous Chef within a high-end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
Are confident managing a busy service with high cover counts while keeping quality at the forefront
Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to support, mentor and drive a talented team
Thrive in a refined and fast-paced environment
