Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior-level executive support.
* Proficiency in English (primary working language).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
* Additional EU language proficiency.
* Strong business insight with a knack for identifying and addressing gaps.
* Ability to adapt quickly and maintain composure under pressure.
* Experience in a UK and/or international matrixed organization.
* Background in government or policy stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with working across different countries and time zones within a global setting.
* High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
